Canyon Smokehouse is the brainchild of Jacob Nelson, a 16-year restaurant chef and manager, and his wife, Erin. Jacob envisioned owning his own restaurant since culinary school and always imagined a classic barbeque experience. Erin fell in love with Bluff’s genuine, small-town atmosphere and dramatic vistas. Together, we hope you enjoy both of our passions: Great BBQ, in a great location!
