Canyon Smokehouse is a fast-casual, counter-service restaurant offering a taste of authentic BBQ in every bite. Guests order at the counter, help themselves to utensils and our five housemade BBQ sauces before finding a seat. A pager system lets guests know when their meal is ready at the counter.
