Canyon Smokehouse will be CLOSED:
–> for one day on Thursday, June 25th
–> for one week from Tuesday, July 7th through Thursday, July 15th

What are your operating hours?
We are open from 4:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday through Monday evenings. We’re closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We are open most holidays, but check our website for closure information. While we try to update Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc, please check our Google profile and our website for the most accurate information.
Do you accept reservations?
No, we do not accept reservations because we are a counter-service, first come first served restaurant. However, if you are a group of 16 adults or more, we always appreciate a heads up 48 hours in advance so we can make sure we have enough food available for you!
Can you accomodate large groups?
We are experienced in handling crowds and will happily accommodate your large group. If your group of 16+ plans to stop at Canyon Smokehouse on a particular day, send us an email to give us a heads up! While we don’t take reservations, rest assured we can get your large party fed quickly and you’ll be back on the road in no time.
Tour Busses welcome with 5+ days advanced notice.

Do you offer table service?
No, Canyon Smokehouse is a fast-casual, counter-service restaurant which means that guests order at the counter upon arrival and will receive a pager that notifies them when their order is ready for pickup at the counter. Guests also help themselves to their own utensils, barbeque sauces, and soft drinks/water. The only exception is that Utah law requires us to bring ordered alcohol to the table, so one of our fast and friendly staff members will drop off your beer or wine at your table once you’re seated.
Do you have special dietary options?
Yes, we offer an array gluten-free options, as well as vegetarian entrees and side dishes. If you have other dietary requirements, please inform the cashier, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is parking available at the restaurant?
Yes, we have a parking lot in the front of the restaurant, with ample room on the adjacent side streets for oversized vehicles and extra parking.
Can I order food for takeout?
Absolutely! Please call (435) 269-0400 to place your takeout order during regular business hours. Most orders will be ready to pickup within 5-15 minutes. If we aren’t answering, we are likely taking care of customers, so please call back or just stop by to place your order.
Can I order food for delivery?
No, we do not offer delivery services in Bluff. Services like Uber Eats and GrubHub are not available in our rural town either.
Do you sell alcohol?
Yes! We have a wide selection of beer and wine. Utah requires that all patrons ordering alcohol provide proof of ID, so please make sure that each member of your party who would like to drink brings an ID or Passport. WE ID EVERYONE!
Can I order beer or wine to-go or with my takeout order?
No, Utah has strict alcohol laws and our license does not permit us to sell any alcohol to-go if you have not dined at our establishment.
Can I bring my own alcohol/beer/wine?
No, we do not allow guests to bring their own wine, beer, or spirits onto our property due to Utah law and liability reasons. We have an extensive beverage menu, including a wide selection of beer and wine for you to enjoy.
Do you have a patio?
We have an outdoor patio/deck area with large picnic tables, as well as a handful of smaller patio tables with lovely umbrellas and nice shade at the back of the restaurant. Our patio is typically open April through October, but is subject to close due to inclement weather.
Do you allow pets?
Our outdoor patio/deck is pet friendly! Indoor dining is restricted to humans and service animals only. If you are bringing a dog, please walk them around the outside of the restaurant (on the side with the field) to access the deck. Thank you for your understanding.
